Business Incubator and Technology Center Banská Bystrica offers approximately 953 m² floor area for rent. They are mostly offices but warehouses and workshops are available as well.

It also provides a suitable environment for business meetings, company presentations, conferences, seminars and other events. There are two lecture rooms with an area of 52,44 m² and 37,77 m², both with a capacity of around 22 participants. Both rooms are on ground floor with entrance from the interior. Our partners and customers can use free of charge parking in a parking lot in front of the building.

Premises are equipped with internet connection (and phone plug) and optionally with a data projector or flipcharts. Offices are protected with security alarm system and are air conditioned.

Prior to signing a contract a personal visit to chosen premises is avialable (with guidance of an authorized employee of BI and TC).
